President
Dr. Robert Brown is the President of Star University, bringing a distinguished background in educational leadership and innovation. With a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Louisiana State University, he has advanced expertise in education philosophy and psychology. His commitment to academic excellence is underscored by post-doctoral studies at Harvard University, including the Institute of Educational Management (2008) and the Management Development Program (2000). Dr. Brown’s visionary leadership continues to drive Star University’s mission of empowering students through transformative education.

Dr. Andrew Sikora is an award-winning film and video director and a recognized expert in media technology. Specializing in Virtual Production and AI, he brings cutting-edge innovation and industry expertise to empower students to excel in the rapidly evolving world of digital media and storytelling. As the Dean of Academics at Star University, he combines visionary leadership with a passion for education, fostering a creative and dynamic learning environment that prepares students to lead in the future of media.
