Welcome to the Star University Center for Indigenous Leadership & Culture

The Center for Indigenous Leadership and Culture is an online initiative under the Cherokee Pins Project Foundation, designed to empower Native American communities through education, leadership development, and cultural preservation. Rooted in the legacy of the Cherokee people, the Center aims to foster understanding and collaboration across Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities.

About the Center

The Center for Indigenous Leadership and Culture provides a platform for exploring Native American leadership, cultural heritage, and contemporary issues. We aim to:

  • Promote Leadership: Develop and share resources to nurture leadership rooted in Indigenous values and traditions.

  • Preserve Culture: Celebrate the richness of Native American heritage, with a focus on the three Cherokee tribes.

  • Foster Education: Offer free courses, academic reviews, and community resources to enhance knowledge and engagement.

 

This initiative is part of Star University’s commitment to creating spaces where Indigenous voices lead the narrative.

While our primary focus is on the three Cherokee tribes—Eastern Band, United Keetoowah Band, and Cherokee Nation—the Center addresses broader Native American issues to promote unity and shared understanding across all tribes.
